Privacy

CNA Practice Test is a small project by one person, Kevin Amado. It is free. You do not sign up. It stores your practice progress on your device only. It shows no ads. It sets no tracking cookies. It does not count your visits and does not record your screen. It does not sell your data.

Your progress is saved in this browser, in IndexedDB. It holds, for each question, how often you answered it, how often you were right, its box and when it is due. It also holds your exam results and the number of questions you learned on each day. It holds no name and no email address.

Your progress never leaves your device. The server has no copy. Clear this site's data in your browser to delete it. If you use another browser or another device, you start with no progress.

A practice session is also kept in this tab's session storage, so a reload does not lose your place. Closing the tab removes it. Your browser also keeps a small note in local storage that tells your other open tabs that your progress changed.

CNA Practice Test sets no cookie. It loads no analytics script, no ads and no third-party fonts. It does not record your screen.

To find and fix errors, CNA Practice Test's server keeps short technical records of the requests they answer, in Cloudflare's Workers logs and traces. A record has the address asked for (without anything after a “?”), the time, the answer, how long it took, and any error. For about one in ten requests, Cloudflare also records your browser, your operating system, your language, your network and an approximate location (country, region and city). These records hold no IP address, email address or cookie. Cloudflare deletes them after 7 days. The pages themselves load without these records.

When CNA Practice Test breaks in your browser, it sends an error report. The report has the error message, the type of page, your browser and the app version. It has no account and no IP address. It is kept with the logs above.

CNA Practice Test runs on Cloudflare (Workers). Cloudflare handles your IP address and your browser's requests so that the site works, under its own privacy policy. CNA Practice Test does not save your IP address. Nobody else receives your data. CNA Practice Test has no page that shows your progress to anyone else.

The pages link to the free textbook and to its licence. If you click a link, that site learns that you visited it.

Clear this site's data in your browser. That deletes everything CNA Practice Test has about you. The server holds no progress, so there is nothing else to delete.
